Description
• The proposal is vaild for 30 days which is effective from the date proposal is sent to the customer.
• Age is between 50 years to 85 years
• Additional waiting period for some sub- benefits. Please refer to the schedule above.
All benefits are subject to their respective sectional limits which is described as: Inpatient Limit and Outpatient Limit. However, within the respective sectional limit, there are specific benefit limits as well. Consequently, in the event that any specific benefit limit under the sectional limit is exhausted, the remaining limit in that section will only cover other benefits within the section apart from the one that the specific benefit limit has been exhausted.
Standard payment structure is annual.
• This is not family plan, each risk is assessed individually.
• The overall limits and benefits are not transferable to any other enrollee on another plan, or another person not covered on the plan.
• A plan purchased covers you even if you have one or more pre-existing conditions and all medications required to manage your preexisting conditions are covered with the preexisting conditions benefits.
• There is 7days grace period after renewals and when you don’t renew your plan after 7days of expiry you lose all graduated benefits and will need to start again from month 1 when you renew the plan.
• The 7 days grace period starts from the date your plan expires.
• Final contract is subject to IHMS’s terms and conditions.

• Advanced radiological investigations (e.g. Myelogram, EEG)
• Advanced and complex investigations (e.g. Marrow biopsy, skeletal survey)
• Prosthetic devices such as cardiac pacemaker, orthopedic implants.
• Management of Chronic Renal Failure (Dialysis and Transplant Surgery)
• Induced Abortion
• Laser Treatments and Transplants
• Complex major surgeries (e.g. Heart, Brain and Great blood vessels)
• Neurological surgeries
• Injuries arising from professional sports and willful exposure to needless danger
• All procedures, conditions, management and investigations not written/stated and covered by the plan
• Conditions caused by an act of war, an epidemic or enrollee participating in a riot
